I offer classes, 1:1 or up to 6 people. Beginner projects that can be scaled for those with more experience. Currently offering: Stitching 4 Letter Words.

Forget the live-laugh-love motif, and pick your favorite 4(ish) letter word to stitch in a place of honor on your wall. Your text will be centered inside a circle of flowers and leaves. This project is a perfect way to learn beginner stitches like back stitch, chain stitch, stem stitch, and French knots. It can easily be tailored for more experienced stitchers to do additional text and more challenging patterns like herringbone, woven roses, cable chain stitch, and satin stitch. This cheeky take on a “grandma craft” is a crowd-pleaser.

What you’ll get: Guests will be provided with one 6″ hoop and brightly colored fabric. Thread, needle, scissors, and thimbles will be provided and available for purchase from me. For first timers, I will draw your design and word in advance so you can hit the ground running. For more experienced folks, I will provide disappearing ink for you to draw your own flowers and text.
